I want to personally thank you for visiting my website.  I hope that the materials and information you'll find here are beneficial to you and your home-buying or selling experience.  As a full time Realtor since 1995 I have accomplished many things for my clients and customers and for myself.  I take allot of pride in doing a my job well and seeing those I have worked for satisfied and worry free.  Always think of me as the person who gets the little things sometimes very important things done while you're away at school work or play. Professionally, I've been involved with Charleston and Mattoon Kiwanis Clubs.  I also am an active Chamber of Commerce Member and was elected Diplomat of the Year in 2001.  I have also served my Real Estate Board as Chairman of several Committees and was elected as President of the Board in 1999-2000 and again in 2005. I was also nominated as REALTOR of THE Year for 2007.  In approximately 2002 we were able to merge two Real Estate Boards together to better serve the real estate community as a whole.  This action grew our service area to include 11 Counties. Those counties include Coles, Cumberland, Moultrie, Shelby, Douglas, Christian, Crawford, Edgar, Clark, Effinghan and Montgomery.  My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.  I also work with the Commercial Market.  

Referrals have become a strong part of my business.  During the years I have developed various relationships statewide and I also use my CRS designation and referral contacts to help families nationwide identify their next REALTOR.  Having a specialist who works your market is important as they understand are accustom to your needs.
