Thanks, Tom, for helping us to sell one home in April, 2008, and another home in December, 2009. You made selling both homes so easy for us. I liked that you came to both homes and gave suggestions on how we could improve the homes to sell them fast. You did the research and helped us to set a selling price that was fair. In the first week of putting both homes on the market, you brought us qualified buyers. The sale of the homes was made stress free for us because you let us know step by step what to do and what to expect during the sales. I appreciate that you came to my office to witness my signature on some of the documents and then notarized them for me. We love our new home that you helped us to find. You listened to us on what was important in finding our new home. It was fun to get your emails on home listings. We never felt pressured to see any home.
